Job Description: 
Join our team as a Hunter Appointment Setter at Advantage Remodeling and Roofing, where you will play a crucial role in driving company revenue by identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, handling objections, and closing sales to help meet and exceed company goals. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering results. You’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, creating lasting impressions and growing the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling and referrals. 
• Engage with potential customers, address their concerns, and build rapport to facilitate trust. 
• Present our roofing and remodeling services clearly and confidently to prospects. 
• Overcome objections and work to convert leads into sales opportunities. 
• Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth execution after the sale. 
• Keep an organized and up-to-date record of leads, sales, and progress in our CRM system. 
• Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on industry best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven success in sales or a related field (roofing, home improvement, or similar). 
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. 
• Ability to build trust with potential clients quickly. 
• Strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset. 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
