Photo Album: Restoration and remodeling after a hail damage in Plano, TX

A BIG ONE! Golf ball sized hail storm came through Plano, TX in May 2023 causing significant damage all around the client’s property. They reached out to us with a large list of issues to handle and immediately conduct a temporary repair to prevent further damage. There was: an active leak from the roof chimney area, many components hit by hail, and numerous interior damages caused by small, open penetrations.  We made an inspection, filed an insurance claim together with client, got the project approval, and went to work on bringing the property back to pre-existing conditions.  Our team took the necessary step by steps on the case, supplementing missing items/ incorrect pricing, and assisting the client to maximize their claim – get the most back for their claim.  In the end, the clients got: a brand-new class 4 hail-resistant roof, new chimney shroud, chimney siding, new gutters/downspouts system, a brand-new HVAC system, first floor interior restorations included: new floor covering, painted baseboard, walls and ceiling, remodeling of the bathroom, restored fence, and even a nice, up-to-date garage door.  The best thing is that all of this was done by one deductible! (nothing else out of pocket)  We are pleased with the result, proud of the completion of this claim, and the opportunity to serve our clients!
