They met them here and actually get up on the roof with the claims adjuster and saw the damage that had occurred. And they were able to set a date to put my roof on. They stripped it down to the decking, took all the old roofing off, replaced it in a matter of two days. They were careful with my pool. I was worried about any kind of nails or debris getting in my pool, but they covered it with a tarp, made sure that it was protected, and we couldn't be more pleased.
